At TheLushie™ Jewelry, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a flexible return policy to make things right.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return window. You have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.
  • Items purchased during sales or with promotional discounts are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Start a Return

Please email us at support@thelushie.com to initiate your return request.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized pieces
  • Items marked as final sale or discounted
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the original and place a new order.

European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification.
The item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact, and include proof of purchase.
This does not apply to discounted items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
